DENTOSEPT is used to treat mild inflammation of the gums and oral mucosa.. The solution has an astringent and anti-inflammatory effect due to the extract of oak bark, sage leaves and chamomile flowers. In addition, tannins and substances in essential oils have an antiseptic effect on the oral mucosa and gums (against bacteria and fungi).

For external use as a mouthwash only.

Use
The recommended dose for adults, the elderly and children over 12 years of age is:
- rinse your mouth at least 3 times a day with a 15% aqueous solution (add about 10 ml of the drug to a quarter glass of water). Use for at least three days.
- for children under 12 years of age, the solution can only be used on the doctor's prescription.

Composition
The active ingredient is a liquid extract made from chamomile flowers, oak bark, sage leaf, arnica herb, ayer rhizome, peppermint herb and thyme herb.
1 ml of buccal solution contains 1 ml (910 mg) of a liquid extract (0.65:1) of Matricaria recutita L. (Chamomilla recutita (L.) Rauschert, flos (chamomile flowers), Quercus robur L., Q. petraea (Matt.) Liebl. and Q. pubescens Willd., cortex (oak bark), Salvia officinalis L., folium (sage leaf), Arnica montana L. and/or Arnica chamissonis Less., herba (arnica herb), Acorus calamus L., rhizoma (ayer rhizome), Mentha x piperita L., herba (peppermint herb), Thymus vulgaris L. and/or Thymus zygis L., herba (thyme herb) (2:2:2:1:1: 1:1).
70% (V/V) ethanol extract.
Excipients are purified water and ethanol (96%).
