Dosage
It is recommended for adults and children over 12 years to take 2 capsules per day during meals.

L-lysine hydrochloride, L-cysteine, L-methionine, capsule shell (gelatin, dye - titanium dioxide), L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), yeast supplemented with selenium, corn starch, adhesive agent - calcium carbonate, zinc citrate, D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), nicotinamide (niacin, vitamin B3), bamboo (Bambusa spp.) shoot extract, adhesive agent - magnesium salts of fatty acids, copper gluconate, retinyl acetate (vitamin A), sodium hyaluronate, riboflavin (vitamin B2), D-biotin (vitamin H). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a dry, dark place, out of the reach of children below 25°C / 77°F.
